UBW is a small non profit organisation based in Crawley, West Sussex which was founded by Lucy back in 2012. Lucy is Mum to Bobby who was born sleeping at Lewisham Hospital in South East London back in 2009.
UBW is also run by Belinda; Bobby's Nanna who is our knitting and crochet oracle, Vicki who is Mum to Arlo born sleeping in 2018 and who helps run the wedding dress side and general running of our Facebook page and Dee who is Mum to Sylvian who sadly passed away shortly after birth in 2017, who collects and photographs your donations from our PO Box on a weekly basis.
UBW are proud to provide hospitals, mortuaries, funeral homes and now children's hospices with donated items suitable for providing comfort (and hopefully) a small sense of 'normality' to those affected by the loss of their baby during their stay or visit to one of the above places.
